The deadline for submitting applications for Petroleum Exploration Block Gurvanbayan XXX has been announced till 16.00 pm 19 July, 2018 according to the order a/92 dated on 21 June, 2018 of Chairman of Mineral Resources and Petroleum Authority of Mongolia (MRPAM).

All applicants shall be prepared Bid Documents in compliance to Annexes 1, 2, 3, 4 of Regulation for Bid Evaluation Procedures approved by the Minister of Mining (Order No.202, 2014) and to submit Bidding Documents to the MRPAM according to Article 20.2 of the Petroleum Law of Mongolia and the provisions 2.2.3-2.2.7 of the Regulation for Bid Evaluation Procedures, approved by the Minister of Mining in 2014.

The payments for administrative service fee and geological data of exploration block Gurvanbayan XXX stated in Article 34.5 of Petroleum Law of Mongolia shall be done in local currency by payment receipt to order of MRPAM at State fund bank, account number 100900018008.

Applications received after dealine shall be rejected of acceptance.

MRPAM shall review the Bidding Documents in accordance to the Article 3.1 of the Regulation for Bid Evaluation Procedures and applicants shall be notified wether its been accepted or not by letter within 5 business days.
