Attention to licenses owners of mineral resource

It is informed that exploration licenses of following enterprises which have not paid annual license fee with undue loss in accordance with provisions of 34.2, 34.6 and 34.7 in Article 34 of the Minerals Law and violated provision No.31.1 in Article 31 of the law, have been cancelled by Resolution No.237 by Head of Cadastre Division of MRPAM, dated on 9 May 2017, based on provision in Section No.56.1.2 on Article 56 of Minerals Law.
