More than 10 years has been passed since the Government of Mongolia's Resolution No. 80 dated March 28, 2007, defining and implementing the functions of state administrative organizations involved in the implementation of the EITI Implementation Transparency Initiative. The Ministry of Mineral Resources and Energy, the Ministry of Planning and Finance, the Ministry of Electricity and Energy, and the "Total" LLC to include civil society organizations and representatives of the EITI Secretariat Representatives worked in MRPAM, welcomed delegates from Myanmar.

G.Zolsaikhan, Head of Mineral Resources Information Technology Center of MRAPM, M.Batbayar, Head of Geology and Exploration Division, T.Baasanpurev, senior officer of Mining and Technology Division, G.Oyuntuya, officer, O.Batkhuu, senior officer of Cadastre Division, Amartuvshin, officer of Cadastre Division were involved in meeting  and introduced new structure of MRPAM, its activities, and electronic systems and answers to their interested questions.

The Government Implementing Agency MRPAM in charge of affairs on mineral resources and petroleum has the following duties and responsibilities:

These include: 1. Promoting, promoting, initiating and implementing initiatives in the license holder for extractive industries license, criteria and significance,

            2. The management and registration of the license holder for the extractive industries, the methodology and guidelines for issuing the EITI financial statements,

            3. Report on licenses and other payments and service charges received by the extractive industries license holder by the name of the entity in the name of each entity according to the indicators in the initiative form and inform the National Taxation Authority,

            4. Reproduce and report the products produced and sold by the license holder for the year of extractive industries in accordance with relevant forms and report to the public.

            5. In accordance with Article 48.10 of the Minerals Law, the quantity of products sold by the license holder for each year shall be submitted to each of the entities and submit the report to the independent EITI Secretariat, with the report and tax returns paid to the state and local budget.

            6. Provide support to the National Councils, working groups and the Secretariat for implementation of the Initiative
