Closing Date Announcement for Borzon VII Exploration Block

 

 

The deadline for submitting applications for Borzon VII Exploration Block has been announced till 5:30 pm August 01, 2023 according to the order of Chairman of Mineral Resources and Petroleum Authority of Mongolia dated on June 22, 2023.

All applicants shall prepare Bid Documents in compliance to Annexes I, II, III, IV of Regulation for Bid Evaluation Procedures approved by the Minister of Mining (Order No.202, 2014), and to submit Bid Documents to Mineral Resources and Petroleum Authority of Mongolia (MRPAM) according to Article 20.2 of Petroleum Law of Mongolia

The payments for administrative service fee and geological information of exploration block stated in Article 34.5 of Petroleum Law of Mongolia shall be done in local currency (₮) or USD by payment receipt to order of MRPAM at:

State bank, AC no. 100900018008 (in local currency), or AC no. 106000079846 (in USD), Mineral Resources and Petroleum Authority of Mongolia.

Applications received after dealine date shall be rejected of acceptance. 

 

Bidding Documents shall be reviewed according to the Article 3.1 of the Regulation for Bid Evaluation Procedures and applicant(s) will be notified in writing within 5 working days on whether to accept the Bid.
